Welcome to GeminiOmni (the "Service"), operated by GeminiOmni ("we", "us", "our"). GeminiOmni is an omni-model AI creative platform for generating video, images, and music, and for interacting with AI assistants. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
GeminiOmni provides AI-powered creative tools, including:
Credits System: The Service runs on a credit-based system. Generating video, images, music, or other AI output consumes credits. Credits may be included with a subscription plan or purchased separately. Credit allowances, pricing, and any rollover or validity rules are shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase.
Availability: We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including specific AI models — at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. To purchase a subscription or credits, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation: Some features require an account. You can register with an email address and password or sign in with Google (including Google One Tap). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@geminiomni.tech of any unauthorized use.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect (such as your account details, prompts, uploaded files, and generated content) and how we share data with the third-party providers needed to operate the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Input and Output: "Input" means the text prompts, images, audio, and other materials you submit to the Service. "Output" means the video, images, music, text, and other content the Service generates for you.
Ownership: As between you and us, you retain all rights you hold in your Input, and, to the extent permitted by law, we assign to you our rights in the Output generated for you — subject to these Terms and the license below. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any Input you submit.
License to GeminiOmni: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, and display your Input and Output for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the Service. We process your Input through third-party AI providers solely to generate your Output.
Generation History: We store your generation history so you can access it through your account. We retain it until you delete the relevant items or your account.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your Input and for your use of any Output. AI-generated content may resemble existing works or real people; you are responsible for reviewing Output before using it, especially for commercial or public use.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or share content that:
You also agree not to resell or redistribute access to the Service without our authorization. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
To operate the Service we rely on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, which may include: cloud hosting and database providers (such as Supabase and Vercel); AI model and inference providers (such as Google for Veo and Gemini models, and other model providers); payment processors (Stripe, Creem, and PayPal); email delivery providers (such as Resend); and authentication via Google. Your Input may be transmitted to these providers solely to deliver the Service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party providers.
Subscriptions: We offer subscription plans (billed monthly or yearly) and one-time credit purchases, as shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account or billing portal; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current period.
Pricing Changes: Prices may change. We will give notice of material changes, which apply to billing periods after the notice.
Refunds: Because AI generation consumes computing resources immediately, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Taxes: Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
The Service itself — including its software, website, design, user interface, the models we own, logos, and the "GeminiOmni" name and brand — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it as permitted. Your rights in your Input and Output are described in Section 5.
AI generation is probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, may not match your prompt, may contain artifacts, and may unintentionally resemble existing works, trademarks, or real people. The Service is provided for creative and general-purpose use and does not constitute professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating Output before relying on or publishing it.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@geminiomni.tech with: a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing content, your contact details, and a statement of your good-faith belief. We will review valid notices, remove infringing content where appropriate, and terminate repeat infringers.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms (in particular Section 6), failed to pay fees, or created legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEMINIOMNI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeminiOmni and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Input, your use of Output, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GeminiOmni operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@geminiomni.tech. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
