1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how GeminiOmni ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our AI creative platform for generating video, images, and music and for interacting with AI assistants (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account & Authentication

When you create an account we collect your email address and authentication identifiers. If you sign in with Google (including Google One Tap), we receive basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile image from Google. We may also store a display name and avatar.

2.2 Input & Generated Content

  • Prompts — the text and instructions you submit to generate content.
  • Uploads — images, audio, or other files you upload as references for generation.
  • Output — the video, images, music, and text the Service generates for you.
  • Generation history — records of your generations so you can access them in your account.

2.3 Payment Information

Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Creem, and PayPal). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. We retain transaction identifiers, subscription and order status, plan information, and credit balances.

2.4 Usage & Device Data

We collect IP address, device and browser type, operating system, log data, and timestamps. This data is used for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, analytics, and service reliability.

2.5 Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the Service: process your prompts, run AI generation, and deliver Output.
  • To manage your account, credits, subscriptions, and payments.
  • To provide your generation history and customer support.
  • To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
  • To analyze usage and improve our features and models.
  • To send transactional messages (such as verification, billing, and security notices).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers and parties needed to operate the Service:

  • Hosting & database — such as Supabase and Vercel.
  • AI inference — AI model and inference providers (such as Google for Veo and Gemini models, and other model providers), which process your prompts and uploads to generate Output.
  • Payments — Stripe, Creem, and PayPal.
  • Email delivery — such as Resend.
  • Authentication — Google.
  • Analytics — such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Plausible, and OpenPanel.

These providers process data under contract and on our instructions. We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or GeminiOmni. If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data, generation history, and related information while your account is active. You can delete individual generations or request deletion of your account; deleted data is removed from our active systems, though residual copies may persist briefly in backups. We may retain certain records (such as transaction records) longer where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security in our database — to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Users under 18 should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. International Transfers

We operate globally, and your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
